Our Referral Program Policy explains essential aspects of the “Referral Program” for our Existing Customers.

A. REFERRAL SUBMISSION
  1. The source customer must complete a separate Referral Submission Form present on the website for each referral they provide.
  2. A submission is considered complete only if it includes all the proper and correct mandatory information in the referral submission form on the website.
  3. Incomplete submissions of forms will result in the source customer being ineligible for collecting the referral amount.
  4. The referred individual or entity should grant consent to fill out the Referral Submission, and the source customer must in good faith believe that the referred individual or entity has an interest in purchasing the property.
B. We will process the information you shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy located at https://raymondrealty.in/privacy-policy/
C. The existing customer who is providing the reference is termed as ‘Source Customer’, and the prospective customer is term as ‘Referred Customer’.
D. STEPS FOR REFERRAL PROGRAM:
  1. Visit our website – https://raymondrealty.in/edge/
  2. Go to the referral section. Fill in the Referral Details
  3. The internal team verifies the details and processes the application as a Qualified Referral to the Sales Team.
  4. Qualified Referral can schedule a visit to “The Mill” situated at ______________________________________________.
  5. ‘Referred Customer’ books the apartment and completes the registration process.
  6. ‘Source Customer’ will receive the referral reward on making the payment of 10% of the Agreement Value & completing the registration process for his/her apartment.
E. WHO ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE A MEMBER OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?

Individual customer who has purchased one or more flats in their name with Raymond Limited.

F. CUSTOMER BENEFITS:

Source Customer’ gets the referral benefit of 1% (of the agreement value of the booked apartment by “Referred Customer”) every time a ‘Referred Customer’ books and registers his/her apartment.

G. QUALIFIED REFERRAL

A referred customer would be considered as a Qualified Referral, subject to the below conditions:

  1. He/she or his agent has not contacted Raymond Limited in the past.
  2. A Customer cannot refer themselves as a referral to avail of both referee & referral benefits.
  3. Parameters for qualified referral* (Management would take a call on the quality of the lead referred, and this would be intimidated to the ‘Source Customer’ via Email & SMS)
    • Our representative will get in touch with the ‘Referred Customer’ and qualify the lead based on the predefined parameters.
    • These details will be cross-checked with our existing customer database.
    • Any existing entry in the system will disqualify the referral.
    • In case of duplicate entries given by two source customers, the first source entry will be given priority.
    • The Referral lead will be valid for a period of 3 months or 90 days, post which, it will no longer be considered a valid referral lead.
  4. There are no restrictions on the number of referrals.
  5. Any disqualification due to source conflict (Channel Partner, Marketing Campaign lead, etc.); will be notified to the user. It is to be noted that the final decision will be at the sole discretion of the Management Team at Raymond Limited in consultation with the booked customer.
H. REDEMPTION OF REFERRAL REWARD:
  • ‘Source Customer’ shall be entitled to receive the Raymond Limited Referral Program Reward money only after the ‘Referred Customer’ has purchased an apartment at Raymond Limited.
  • The ‘Source Customer’ & ‘Referred Customer’ shall be able to redeem the reward money only when the ‘Referred Customer’ pays 10% payment of the total Agreement Value & upon completing the registration process.
  • The Sales Manager will explain the redemption process in detail at the time of booking.

Please note: The dispersal of the Referral Program reward money shall always be subject to provisions of RERA.

I. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you hereby represent and warrant that you have obtained consent from the referred individual or entity to send the referred individual’s contact information to Raymond Limited in connection with your participation in the Raymond Limited Referral Program.

The referred individual or entity will have the opportunity to inform us that,

  • He/she is/not looking for a property.
  • He/she has/not given authorization to the source customer in connection with the introduction.

If the referred individual or entity informs Raymond Limited that it has not given authorization to the source customer, he/she will not be eligible for the referral amount even if such referred individual or entity otherwise books an apartment with Raymond Limited, and the source customer may be subject to further action as outlined in these rules. If Raymond Limited is intimated on multiple occasions about contact information being shared without authorization, the source customer may be disqualified from the Referral Program.

All information related to the referred individual, including the actual or proposed pricing and other terms thereof, shall be Raymond Limited’s confidential information and should not, without Raymond Realty’s prior written consent, be used for any reason or disclosed by the Member to any third party.

By accepting these terms, you also get to receive transactional and marketing-related email communications from Raymond Limited concerning your Referral as well as relevant promotions. You may unsubscribe from these email correspondences by selecting the “Unsubscribe” link.

All communication regarding the amount of referral fees and the schedule of payments shall be provided only by the Team at Raymond Limited.

J. DISQUALIFICATIONS

Any member who fails to comply with the terms of these rules may be disqualified from the Raymond Realty Referral Program. A member/customer cannot participate in the Referral Program after being disqualified unless management specifically revokes such disqualification in its sole discretion. Furthermore, a member may also be disqualified for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Submitting false leads
  • Providing incorrect information
  • Misrepresenting relationship with the referred individual
  • Performing any fraudulent activities
  • Failing to comply with the terms of these rules

Please note: Terms & conditions shall always be subject to provisions of RERA. The dispersal of the Referral Program reward money/benefits shall always be subject to provisions of RERA. In order to adhere to the provisions of RERA, Referee (Source Customer) is to be registered as RERA agent under Section 9 of the RERA Act when the internal team of Raymond verifies the details of the Referral and processes the application as a Qualified Referral to the Sales Team and the referral signs the consent form. Further, the cost involved in the registration process is to be incurred by the Referee and/or same is to be deducted from the benefits payable to him/her.
